Q1. Can I request a product sample?

A: Yes, we can supply units for T&E and for QC purposes.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: Samples typically run 5-10 days; mass production requires 25-30 days.

Q3. Do you require an MOQ?

A: There is no MOQ for sample pieces, but full production runs are subject to MOQ dependent on the size and complexity of

     the design in your request.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by UPS or TNT and typical delivery times span 3-5 days. Air Freight, Sea Cargo, or Rail is open for

     consideration. We tailor our delivery per your requirements.

Q5. How do I order?

A: Once we confirm your requirements per the initial Application Assessment, we will provide you with a quotation and payment options.

    Once we’ve confirmed payment and/or initial deposit for large quantity bulk orders, we will arrange for production and delivery.

Q6. Can I White Label an Aegis Product with my company’s logo?

A: We can do White Label upon formal request. Please contact us directly and upon confirmation of product specification details,

     production quantity, delivery, and upon receipt of payment we will authorize permission to White Label our products. We can even

     supply the batteries to you pre-labeled and pre-packaged to your specifications.

Q7. Do you offer a warranty guarantee for the products?

A: Aegis offers a standard 1-2 years warranty.

Q8. How do I address faulty merchandise?

A: Please contact us directly so our team can assist you however possible. For small quantity productions within the warranty period

     we will provide immediate replacement units. For defective batch products we offer a variety of solutions including but not limited to

     repair, replacement, and/or rework. In the event of a defective batch, please contact us directly for personalized support.
